To the left you will find links to pages for all of the elected and appointed standing committees of the faculty, as well as ad hoc committees. Each committee’s main page includes links to the committee’s current charge, current committee rosters, past committee reports, and sometimes, other related documents and materials.
Additionally, if a committee has a Sakai page for conducting committee business, links to those pages are included on the committee’s main page.
Please note that the meeting dates and times for all committees are now posted on our Google-based main calendar.
According to the Faculty Code, all of the faculty committees with the exception of the Committee on Fixed-Term Faculty and the Faculty Council Agenda Committee are standing committees of the faculty, not subcommittees of the Faculty Council. Each committee reports annually to the Faculty Council, but otherwise, the committees conduct their work independently of the Council, and the memberships of the committees and Council do not generally overlap to a great extent.
